I created a traditional Brummie Bacon Cake and it really is a dish of love

Birmingham and the West Midlands has a rich cuisine. Pork scratchings, grey peas and bacon, orange chips... balti. But perhaps our delicacies aren't particularly elegant yet they are undeniably tasty. I'm here at B:Eats at the ICC in Centenary Square to experience one of our proudest culinary achievements - the Brummie Bacon Cake.
