If you’re looking for a leg workout that can be done from the comfort of your home with minimal equipment, grab your dumbbells because this is the video for you. Our leg sesh is 15-minutes long and consists of three rounds of 15 dumbbell thrusters, 30 dumbbell squats and 60 dumbbell or kettlebell swings, which you’ll follow up with thrusters for however long you have remaining.
