Gayety editor Caitlynn McDaniel chatted with Kevin Bigley (Luke) and Zainab Johnson (Aleesha) from Prime Video’s Upload about their hilarious on-screen dynamic and what we can expect from Luke and Aleesha in season two. “Aleesha and Luke get to be sort of like figure eights. Where, like, they repel each other, then they come together and right at the moment where they come together and the audience is like, ‘Oh my God, what’s happening?’ then we repel.” Johnson said this season will provide more of the playful jokes we’ve come to love as well as revelations into the backgrounds of our favorite Lake View residents and customer service reps.
