One batch yields 24–25 pieces (depending on the size of the mold)

Recipe for coconut unti pearl sago

700 ml of water, 70 g of sago pearls, and food colouring make up Material A. (red, yellow, green)

70 g of grated coconut and 70 g of brown sugar make up Material B.

Material C: 450 ml of boiled coconut milk (coconut milk plus water), 4 tbsp cornstarch, 1 bks of agar-agar powder (7 gr), 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tbsp sugar, and vanilla to taste.

You must use boiled coconut milk because the cake is not steamed in order to prevent it from going bad quickly.
