250g wheat flour @ high protein flour
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
30g margarine
1 egg yolk
A little fine salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon red velvet emulco
1 teaspoon instant / nutritional yeast

Milk coating:
1/2 cup milk powder
3 tablespoons of icing sugar (if you like it sweet, you can add 3 tablespoons of castor sugar)
