Bourbon Marinated Ribeyes with a Blue Cheese and Mushroom Cream Sauce!

Been wanting to make a recipe like this for a while! I love ribeyes, classically grilled with just salt, pepper and garlic; however, it’s sometimes fun to switch things up. We are marinating these ribeye steaks in a cajun, bourbon and honey marinade to a spicy and savory kick. Grilled over high heat, we will make a Blue Cheese and Mushroom Cream Sauce to serve over top!
