LOOK: Drone video shots of the aftermath of Severe Tropical Storm Paeng on Pigcawayan, North Cotabato was taken in the afternoon of October 30.
The storm brought heavy rains on October 27 until the following day and spawned severe flooding in the municipality.
‘Paeng’ damaged at least P37.5 million worth of agricultural crops and livestock.
