The Conqueroo ‎– From The Vulcan Gas Company 1987 (USA, Psychedelic/Blues Rock)

The Conqueroo formed in 1965 in Austin, Texas. This album, although titled "From The Vulcan Gas Company" (the Vulcan Club was an important Texas venue), is not a live album. In fact, this is a compilation of the group's recordings, released in 1987. During the life of the group (in the 60s), the musicians released only one single "I've Got Time / 1 To 3". The rest of the tracks were never released. "Midnight Hour" and "Get Out Of My Life Woman" are the only songs actually recorded live at the Vulcan Club in December 1967. In 1970, the group ceased their musical activities. The album has never been reissued on CD.
