DOTr to close part of Meralco Ave. tonight for subway project | New Day

Motorists and commuters who pass through Meralco Avenue going to Shaw Boulevard will have to find alternative routes.

Starting tonight, a portion of the thoroughfare will no longer be passable to give way for a major infrastructure project.
