Praise the Lord! Reconditioned Jack LaLanne 50lb Plate arrived today. New paint means NO rust & NO previous chalk. Hub Lifted it righty on SECOND try! A few attempts more resulted in a Hub Clean & Military Press! WOW! I am Blessed to enjoy this so much!!
