SUV owner snubs 2nd show cause order

Authorities said the driver's license of the SUV owner in the hit-and-run incident in Mandaluyong may be revoked as he snubbed the show cause order issued to him.

Meanwhile, the victim has been discharged from the hospital and is set to press charges against the driver.
