Labor pledges $400m for upgrade of SA's Flinders hospital

Labor has pledged a $400 million upgrade of the Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide if elected. The federal and state government will split the cost of the renovations - which will fund another 100 beds, additional operating rooms and see upgrades to the emergency department.
