Nato rejects Ukraine’s request for no-fly zone, fearing expanded war

Nato rejected Kyiv’s request to set up a no-fly zone on March 4, 2022, saying the move would escalate the war beyond Ukraine and risk endangering Nato allies. Dissatisfied with the decision, protesters gathered outside Nato headquarters in Brussels to urge that it  impose the no-fly zone.
