In today’s edition of Evening 5 — Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Albukhary's 49%-owned Lotus Cars is pushing ahead with plans to float its Lotus Technology division. Meanwhile, AAX fixes the issue price of its one-for-one rights issue at 28 sen apiece, and CTOS Digital’s shareholders approve its RM205.8 million acquisition of a 49% stake in Juris Technologies.
