Best Bent Press Position Work YET!!

Ravishing Rick Rude fully loaded to 144lb. Handle is 2 3/8" thick.
Really shocked as l was right away able to get into a nice solid position with plenty of right arm support. This is ALL the work l did for the day. NO other warming up leading to this. Looks like it .ay be time to start going further into the ift. Praise the Lord!!
