Public Health England aims to cut obesity with new app

More than 7 thousand people in Kent have taken part in a campaign to get fit with a new app launched by Public Health England after new research found a 10 minute brisk walk is better for you than aiming for 10,000 steps a day.

Maureen Ejimofor managed to lose more than 4 stone thanks to walking and she joined us in the studio.
