Celebrating Janmashtami 2018 with Kailash Kher in New Delhi

Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir brought Janmashtami celebrations to Delhi NCR this year. And the guest of honour, after Krishna of course, was Kailash Kher. The singer performed in front of a crowd of hundreds.
Janmashtami is the day Krishna takes early form. This year, it took place on September 2. Throughout the afternoon, people came and bathed the gods in gifts.
The event was organised in the lavish Smarna wedding venue. The decorations matched the ornate nature of god, a volunteer said. Celebrations go on until midnight.
