Russian Honey Cake with Wheat Flour

Russian Honey Cake with Wheat Flour having 8 layers is the today's recipe. It is also called as a Medovik and originated in Russia. It is typically prepared by stacking 7-9 honey pancakes. Usually, all-purpose flour is used to make it. But, I used wheat flour and the result is awesome!

INGREDIENTS
1. Wheat flour- 3 cups/300 g
2. Baking soda- 1 tsp
3. Butter- 2 tsp/15 g
4. Honey- 5 tsp/ 30g
5. Powdered sugar- 1 cup/100 g
6. Whipped cream- 250 ml
7. Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup/50 g
