ACTU Secretary calls for increase to COVID disaster payment

The Federal Government has announced a temporary COVID disaster payment for workers affected by the lockdown in Victoria. Sally McManus, the National Secretary of the Australian Council of Trade Unions, says the minimum payment should be at the level of the JobKeeper wage subsidy.
