Funds set aside in NSW budget for disaster payments

The Federal Emergency Management Minister has conceded the billions of dollars set aside in the budget for flood relief and recovery this year may not be enough. The budget included a $3 billion contingency reserve to support individuals and businesses in the immediate aftermath of floods.
