Great British Menu 2021 episode 19 - North West Starters: Great British Menu continues with the North West regional heat. Competing for the top spot are four chefs appearing for the first time in the competition. Two are Liverpudlian: Chinese cuisine enthusiast Dave Critchley and Dan McGeorge, winner of the 2020 Acorn Award recognising young talent in hospitality. Meanwhile, Ashwani Rangta is head chef at GupShup in Hale, Cheshire, and vegan chef Kirk Haworth is a former North West Young Chef of the Year.
