Great British Menu 2022 episode 7 - Wales Starter and Fish: This week sees the heats for Wales. Returning to compete for the top spot are Welsh-speaking Nathan Davies, chef patron at SY23 in Aberystwyth, and Tom Phillips, head chef of the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Story. They are joined by Mark Threadgill, head chef at Portmeirion hotel in north Wales, and Cardiff-born Larkin Cen, who owns four restaurants in Bristol that cook in a traditional Chinese style.
