Great British Menu 2022 episode 10 - London and the SE Starter and Fish: This week sees the heats for London and south east England. Returning to the competition is Surrey-based Tony Parkin, who runs his own Michelin-starred restaurant, Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room. He is joined by Essex-born Spencer Metzger, a Roux scholar and head chef at the Ritz in London, Robbie Lorraine, who grew up in Camberwell and owns Only Food and Courses in Brixton, and Japanese-born Angelo Sato, chef patron at his yakitori restaurant Humble Chicken in Soho.
