Family Harvest Farm helps former foster youth transition out of the foster system

Many child advocates say the odds are stacked against young adults transitioning out of the foster system. Many face mental health challenges, homelessness, and unplanned pregnancy. Family Harvest Farm is trying to help ease the transition by welcoming young adults from all over the county between the age of 18 to 24.
