Weights pulled over are: 5x99.3lb, 2x149.8lb, 1x200.2lb (after a few tries!)
Purposely used 25s on the bar to increase ROM. This is a PR pullin' over from the crown with the 25s. Hallelujah!! Lots of lower Triceps getting hammered on these. I really narrowed the grip after the first set with 99.3lb. Made a BIG difference!!
On the first few sets, you can hear the uneven landing of the plates telling me that my shoulders weren't lined up. Notice how this goes away after a few sets?? Lifting should ALIGN us!! Maybe next time l'll go with taller plates.... God Bless!!
Forgot to mention that using a Monkey Grip, thumbs on same side as fingers, is going to help build a strong grip as well!
