TOO EARLY TO SAY FAILURE

Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire reacts to The Manila Times' Red Mendoza on Monday's Department of Health media forum that the the DOH has failed in its Covid-19 response and that the increasing hospital capacity in the country was a sign that the DOH may have failed in its response.
