Baigan Ka Bharta Recipe | Baigan Ka Bharta | Baigan Bharta
It is different than the regular Bharta recipe.It is a very tasty recipe.A must try recipe.
Goes well with parathas,bajre ki roti,roti and chapati.
Ingredients:
Eggplant(Baigan) - 1 larga
Oil - 1 tsp(For applying)
Bharta Recipe:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin(JEERA) - 1 tsp
Asafoetida(Hing) - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 5 cloves
Green Chillies - To taste
Fenugreek(Methi) Leaves - 1/4 cup
French Beans - 10
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Carrot - 1
Cauliflower - 50 gms
Spring Onions - 1 cup
Red Chilly Powder - To taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander(Dhaniya) Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
Mashed Baigan
Tomatoes - 2 medium
Coriander - 2 tbsp
