The campaign to vaccinate South Tynesiders unable to reach a clinic to get their Covid-19 jab has begun.

The project to visit the housebound to give people the two-stage treatment is being co-ordinated by Louise Lydon, the owner of Edinburgh Road Pharmacy on the Scotch Estate in Jarrow.
