Saw someone doing Plank Slides the other day with a Kettlebell soooooo I figured I would try it out by sliding plates by the Hub. I also decided to incorporate leaving the opposite side's foot off the ground to really test me. I started with a waxed WEIDER 2nd Gen 45 and moved up to a YORK Deep Dish 75 and then failed fabulously with a STRONG 102.5lb plate. THAT'S gonna take some time!! Hope you enjoyed this bit of fun!
