Madras Mutton Curry

INGREDIENTS
½ kg mutton
2 Tomatos
2 small Onion
1 cup Coconut milk
Ginger
Garlic
Red chili
Cinnamon
Black Pepper
fennel seeds
Salt
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Bay leaf
Lemon leaf
Coriander leaf
Oil

PROCESS

Blend together Ginger, Garlic, Red chili, Cinnamon , Black Pepper, fennel seeds with ¼ cup of water.

Now in a pot warm the oil and fry the onion and add bay leaf
Then add the blended masala and fry 5 minutes and add 1 cup water
Cook till absorb the water.
Now add the mutton, mix well and add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and cook 10 minutes
After that add tomato pieces and cook 10 minutes
Now add 2 glass of water and cook 30 minutes
Then add the coconut milk and again cook 15 minutes
Now add lemon leaf and mix, add coriander leaf and mix
Ready to eat
