Beetroots recipe

NOTE: WHOEVER DOESN’T LIKE CHILI OR CAN'T EAT CHILI PLEASE DON’T USE THE CHILI IN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
Beetroot ½ kg
Potato 1/4 kg
Small prawn ¼ kg
Green chili as you like
Salt as test
Onion 1 small pcs
Clove of Garlic 2pcs
Oil 4 tea spoon

PROCESS:
Cut the Beetroot, Potatos, Green Chili, Onion and Garlic in small pices
Beetroot and Potato put in a single dish
Add the oil in the pan and warm it 2 minutes.
Put together onion, garlic and green chill on the oil.
Keep moving till the onion colour change in brown tone.
Add Prawn and keep 2 minutes mixing.
Put Beetroot, Potato, salt and keep mixing 2 to 3minutes.
Add two cup of water and keep cooking 7minutes in medium heat.
Check the beetroot and potato is malleable and absorb the water.
Means the curry is ready for serve with rice.
