Terror groups continue to operate with impunity in Pakistan

As the FATF meets to take a call on Pakistan's continuation on the grey list, experts say cosmetic steps like official decrees that ban terror groups, freezing their bank accounts etc provide the Pakistani government with the required documentation to back their claims before the global watchdog. In reality, however, these groups continue to operate with impunity in Pakistan.
