Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin - Fenix) has won Stage 7 of the 55th edition of the Tirreno-Adriatico EOLO, 181km from Pieve Torina to Loreto, ahead of Ruben Guerreiro (EF Pro Cycling) and Matteo Fabbro (Bora - Hansgrohe). Simon Yates (Mitchelton - Scott) retains the Maglia Azzurra of the leader of the GC ahead of tomorrow's final ITT in San Benedetto del Tronto.
