Dhirade is a traditional recipe in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra jawar Dhirade is eaten with aamras.

Ingredients:
2 cup Jawar flour
1 cup wheat flour
½ cup Gram flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garlic crushed
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
7 cup of water

How to Make Dhirde:
1) In a vessel, take Jawar flour, wheat flour, Gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
2) Now add water and make a batter. Add crushed garlic. And mix well.
3) Heat a pan. Add oil. Pour batter and spread it. Cover it.
4) Add oil or ghee, and flap it and cook it.
5) Dhirde is ready to serve.
