How To Make The Best Shami Kabaab With Filling.

A great appetiser with any meal, best with rolls, sandwich, and burgers too. or just eat it as it is. Anyway it tastes amazing. Follow the simple recipe and the yummy filling to go with it.Both the kabaab and the filling are two whole recipes, Make them together or separately either way they taste really good.

Ingredients:

1 kg mutton (or any meat of choice)
1 cup chana dal
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp red chilli pwd
2 chicken cubes
6-8 green chillies
1 tsp garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4th cup oil
1/2 cup water

for filling:

4 onions
mint laeves
corriender leaves
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

for coating:

1 egg
1/4th tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp water

oil for frying
