It's just another easy cake on a lazy day, A real treat for banana lovers. Enjoy the flavors of banana and chocolate together. Made on a gas stove and without oven.
Ingredients:
1 cup maida (all purpose flour)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking pwd
1/4th tsp salt
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4th cup curd
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
for glaze:
180 ml full cream milk
3 tsp sugar
3 tsp corn flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp butter
60 grms milk chocolate
