Prep Time: 10 Min | Cook Time: 10 Min | Total Time: 20 Min | Serve: 2
INGREDIENTS
Chilli - 6-7
Chaat masala –1 tbsp
Rosed peanuts - 6-7 tbsp (crushed)
Gram Flour (Besan ) – 1 cup
Carom Seeds -1 tbsp
Salt – ½ tbsp
Water – 1/2 cup
METHOD
To prepare Mirch pakoda first wash all the Mirch (chilly) and cut it from the center and remove the seeds.
Now put some chaat masala into it and fill roasted peanuts.
Take a bowl add besan, salt, carom seeds, oil and make a smooth batter Now dip the mirch in the batter and make sure coat evenly and then deep fry them on hot oil till the outside is golden brown in colour.
Remove and serve hot with sauces.
