Prep time: 20 min | Cook time: 10 min | Total Timing: 30 min | Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS

Chilli - 6-7
Potato- 4 (boiled)
Paneer – 4-5 tsp (grated)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
Coriander – 2-3 tsp (finely chopped)
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Chaat masala –1 tsp
Gram Flour (Besan ) – 1 cup
Carom Seeds -1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup

Method Stuffing
To prepare stuffing firstly take a pan add 3 tsp oil, heat it properly then add cumin seed, green chilli, onion, and sauté them until onion turns light brown.
Add potato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, salt and mix it well.
Now cook it for 5 min and add coriander, stuffing is ready.

For Pakoda

To prepare mirch pakoda first wash all the mirch and cut it from the centre and remove the seeds.
Now fill the stuffing into mirch put some paneer in the centre and cover it with stuffing and press it gently.
Take a bowl add besan, salt, carom seeds and make a smooth batter Now dip the mirch in the batter and make sure coat evenly and then deep fry them on hot oil till the outside is golden brown in colour.
Remove and serve hot with sauces or any chutney.
