Ingredients
Onion -1 (chopped)
Spring onion- 1 (chopped
Green chili -1-2
Garlic- 3-4
Ginger- 1tbsp (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1 chopped
Carrot-1 grated
Cabbage-100 gram
Chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
Salt-1/2 tbsp
Black pepper-1/4tbsp
Soya sauce-1 tbsp
Boiled rice-200 grams
Oil-2 tbsp
Steps you need to follow (with timestamp):
1) Preparing ingredients in a pan over low flame - 01:00
2) Add vegetables - 01:51
3) Add remaining spices for better taste - 02:38
4) Add rice - 03:09
5) Add soya sauce - 03:29
6) Add Chopped spring onion for final touch- 04:06
Method
Step 1: Heat a pan on high heat add oil
Add ginger and garlic toss.
Without letting the garlic to brown add onion and green chili cook them for a minute
Step 2: Add all the veggies capsicum, carrot, cabbage cook them for a minute
Step 3: Add black pepper, salt, and chili sauce, mix them well.
Step 4: Add boiled rice and mix it well.
Step 5: On top of the rice add soya sauce and mix the rice gently till soya sauce is evenly mixed
Step 6: Add chopped spring onion mix it well and turn off the flame and serve hot.
