The interior of the Sinacori house in Methuen, Mass
Mark Sinacori designed and placed most of what is inside the house with approval of his parents who also liked the ideas and updates.
The house is a split level with a 2 car garage.
The furnished basement has a full bath, two storage closets, and a full living space room with a closet as well.
The downstairs level room is complete with a living room set, two tables, a desk and computer area, a curio cabinet, an aquarium, a 3 person infared Joyous Lifestyles sauna, and an entertainment center and has a slider that leads to the back yard and under house patio.
Upstairs has a grand entry way foyer with a grand French Crystal Chandelier.
The living room contains a moveable fireplace, entertainment system area, and bay window with views of the front garden and fountain in the front.
The dining room has two hutches and lots of space for entertaining parties and meals.
The family room, off the dining room and kitchen was originally a step down 3 season porch, but in 2003, was renovated to become part of the house. In includes an entertainment system area and a sliding door which leads to a deck that connects to the Laundry Room with also has a slider off it is as well.
The kitchen is originally from 1981, never been updated, with original wood cabinets and an entertainment system area. The first floor contains a full bathroom with two closets, an oversized sink and vanity area, and a bidet!
The Laundry Room contains a slider to the upper deck and connects to the family room with another slider off that room as well.
The master bedroom contains two closets and windows that overlook the front and sides of the house and the smaller bedroom is also over sized and contains a huge closet and windows that overlook the side and back of the house with a view of the pool in the back yard.
The kitchen, living room, family room, both bedrooms and downstairs living area all have fans. There is a mini split ducteless AC system between the living room and the dining room which is 18000 BUT and spreads cool air across the living room, dining room, entry way, kitchen, and family room so that all these major area rooms on this half of the house are cooled in some way during the hot summer days.
Possible updates to the house in the near future include a new garage door with windows, a new back garage door to the back yard, possibly another mini split ductless 2 zone AC unti for each bedroom so that side of the house will be cooled in the hot summer days, and possibly a newly remodeled kitchen at some point with all stainless steel, highest rated appliances.
