This is the exterior of the Sinacori Methuen House in 2020, the house of Mark Sinacori and his parents Gaetano and Rosemary Sinacori.

Many changes took place over the summer of 2020 landscaping-wise, mostly, with flower and weed removal in the front and sides of the house and around the fountain, new trails around the house with mulch, and the painting of the under house/deck patio and new furniture and accessories, a new pool entrance ladder, ductless AC on the left of the house installed between the living room and dining room which flows into those rooms, the front foyer, kitchen and family room which are all open and connected to one another, and new paint on the pool deck.

The Sinacori house in Methuen is a split level that was built in 1981 by an Italian woman who sold it to return to Italy in the early 1990s. It was then sold to another Italian family around that time, a husband and wife in their late 60's to early 70's and in 2001 it was purchased by Gaetano and his wife Rosemary. It has white paint, Anderson crank windows, and wineberry shutters around all windows installed in 2001 when they purchased the house. The front lawn, which has an automatic in ground sprinkler system in front of the oversized brick staircase is fitted with a huge lion 4 tier fountain, emptying into an oversized pond area constructed in summer of 2002 by Mark's Dad, Gaetano. Around the house are black eyed suzies mostly, daisy's and other green plantings by Mark's Dad, Gaetano. Mulch pathways align the left of the house up to the fountain area. The right side of the house includes a paved pathway, lined with plantings against the house, and fire bushes along the lawn, leading the back yard. There are several rose of Sharon trees around the property and a big tree at the far right side yard of the property. The house has a 2 car garage and driveway, big enough to park 4 cars back to back, two by two on it, along with additional parking space on the front lawn in front of the fence. The back yard is complete with two decks, one house deck that connects the 3 season sunroom which became a part of the house family room in 2003 to the laundry room. Both rooms have sliders to the house deck. The house deck includes a patio set and overlooks the back yard, pool and garden area and leads down to an 18 foot round pool with its own deck. Under the deck and family room is an oversized patio recently refreshed and renovated in 2020, consisting of a tough shed, hose hang out area, grill, Barbados seating area and wicker furniture, and outdoor rugs. In front of the pool is a huge shed in the back of the yard close to the fence.

The yard was mostly designed by Mark Sinacori and constructed mostly by his Dad, Gaetano, who is a skilled mason, landscaper and gardener.
