Govt scraps yet another mega project - MRT3

By dropping the mass rapid transit line 3 (MRT3) project in the Klang Valley, the Malaysian Government is expected to save some RM40bil to RM45bil in the project cost to reduce its huge debt. The prime minister announced its decision on May 30.
