Tour normalization for Soldiers in Korea

U.S. Forces Korea Commanding General Walter Sharp announces plans for the implementation of tour normalization in Korea. General Sharp adds that tour normalization supports his top priorities of stabalizing warfighters, strenghting the U.S. ROK alliance and enhancing servicemember's quality of life.
