Sports bike riders program aims to save Soldier's lives

The U.S. Army experienced its best year for on duty safety and had a 16 percent decreased compared to the same time last year. However, off-duty motorcycle fatalities were at their highest in more than 20 years. Brig. Gen. Bill Wolf, the Director of Army Safety talks about the new Sports rider program and how hopefully the program will decrease motorcycle fatalities.
