NjoyTV World presents Recipe for making healthy Soya Chaap at home.. Soya Chaap is a non-meat dish having very high proteins. It can becooked in several ways.

In order to make it healthy, we have not done deep frying of Chaap.. Also, we used Pure Olive Oil for shallow frying Chaap..

Ingredients for Soya Chaap:
1. 6 pieces Chaap (available in market in frozen form)
2. 3 Tablespoons Pure Olive Oil
3. 2 Big Tomatoes / टमाटर
4. 1 Capsicum/ शिमला मिर्च
5. 15-20 Paneer pieces/पनीर के टुकड़े
6. 2 Onions/प्याज
7. 1 Carrot/गाजर
8. Ginger /अदरक
9. White Vinegar/सफेद सिरका
10. Soy Sauce /सोया सॉस
11. 1.5 teaspoon chat masala/चाट मसाला
12. 1 teaspoon salt/नमक
13. 1 teaspoon crushed Red chillies/कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च
14. 1 teaspoon coriander powder/धनिया पाउडर
15. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder/haldi/हल्दी
