東本願寺是淨土真宗教派的真宗大谷派的本山，位於京都府京都市的下京區，建於1602年，正式名稱為真宗本廟。
日本殖民台灣時代，大谷派曾到台灣布教，並曾在現今的台北市萬華區建立東本願寺。
面對著京都車站前的京都塔走去，約5~7分鐘就看到東本願寺了。

The Higashi Honganji Temple is the main mountain of the Shinto Otani sect of the Pure Land Shinto sect. It is located in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture, and was built in 1602.
During the Japanese colonial Taiwan era, the Otani faction taught in Taiwan and established the East Hongan Temple in the Wanhua District of Taipei City.
I walked towards Kyoto Tower in front of Kyoto Station and saw Higashi Honganji Temple in about 5 ~ 7 minutes.
