Motorcycle thief nabbed in QC

MANILA – A man was arrested after stealing a parked motorcycle in Quezon City Tuesday evening. Police arrested suspect Carlito Yabot, 24, after a witness said he saw the latter driving the stolen motorcycle. Yabot did not deny the allegation, even saying he started stealing motorcycles at the age of 14. - Umagang Kay Ganda, 19 March 2014
