Burglar nabbed in QC

MANILA – A man was arrested after breaking into a house in Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Quezon City. The suspect, identified as Francisco Luacin, was caught by the house owner while carrying out the burglary. Seized from Luacin are several items used in breaking into a house such as bolt cutter, cards, chisel, pliers, crowbar and hose. – report from Carolyn Bonquin, ABS-CBN News
