New witness to pin Napoles, agency heads

Lawyer Levito Baligod said a witness from the National Agribusiness Corporation (NABCOR) is set to come out to pin Janet Lim Napoles, lawmakers, and heads of implementing agencies in the pork barrel scam. Baligod also said he has information that public funds were stolen through an agriculture program of former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. ANC Dateline Philippines, March 12, 2014
