De Lima: Napoles as state witness unlikely

Justice Secretary Leila de Lima played down fears Janet Lim Napoles could be used as state witness. Some groups have voiced their concern against the possibility that government will make Napoles a state witness to testify against lawmakers who maybe involved in the pork barrel scam.
